About Tiggs Comic Fix
Comic World: A Legacy of Passion and Quality
Founded in 1992 by Anthony and Mary Tosov in Oakdale, NY, Comic World quickly became a cornerstone for comic book enthusiasts. The store hosted legendary events, including signings by iconic creators like Todd McFarlane, Dan Slott, Jo Duffy, and more. After a long and successful run, Comic World had to close its doors, marking the end of an era.
Yet, the love for comics never faded. Years after the store's closure, their son Tony found himself yearning for the comic book experience he cherished. However, finding comics in a condition worthy of grading or displaying proved challenging. This inspired the creation of Tiggs Comic Fix.
Tony's passion and dedication to elevating the quality of beloved comic books led to the birth of Tiggs Comic Fix. Today, Tony, along with a family-formed team of experienced collectors, works tirelessly to bring the magic of comic book stories to collectors across the United States. At Tiggs Comic Fix, we are committed to sharing these treasured stories with the expertise and care they deserve.
